• US Buyers: Free shipping when you spend $35.
We ship by USPS First Class Mail. It normally takes 5-8 business days to be delivered after dispatch.

• Canadian Buyers: We ship by Canada Post Regular Mail (NO Tracking). It normally takes 2-10 business days to be delivered. TRACKED SHIPPING is available at checkout and is RECOMMENDED as the seller is not responsible for any lost package.

• While you are not wearing your sterling silver, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container.

• If needed, the best way to clean it is with a jewelry polishing cloth. Or you can either use a small amount of toothpaste and any Sterling Silver cleaning solution that can be found at any major retail department store.

• Please DO NOT wear it in the shower, pool, spa, or the beach. AVOID contacting with cosmetics and chemicals.
